Jace Fremow
Son of Officer Jacob Fremow
Officer Jacob Fremow and his wife, Brianne, are facing an unimaginable heartbreak as their four-year-old son, Jace, enters palliative care after a lifelong battle with cancer. Jace was diagnosed with AT/RT (Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor) at just two weeks old, a devastating diagnosis for any family. After years of intense chemotherapy to fight AT/RT, Jace developed Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a result of the very treatments that initially saved his life. Now, Jace’s little body continues to fight, but his family has been given the heartbreaking news that it’s time to focus on comfort and making cherished memories during this difficult time.
Officer Fremow has been serving our city with dedication in the First Division since 2020, working tirelessly to protect and support our community. It’s our turn to show Jacob, Brianne, and Jace and their baby Rogan how much we appreciate their resilience and service and to stand by them in their time of need. Let’s come together to help relieve their financial burden, allowing them to spend precious time together without added stress. Please consider donating today and showing the Fremow family that we have their back.
